个人简介

路俊锋医生师从周良辅院士和吴劲松教授，主要从事脑胶质瘤、脑膜瘤、转移癌、神经鞘瘤等各类脑肿瘤的手术治疗，尤其擅长语言区、运动区、岛叶、基底节、丘脑等功能区和深部脑肿瘤的微创显微外科手术，对运动和语言等功能保护具有超过千例的手术经验。科研上主要致力于植入式脑机接口帮助功能障碍患者重建功能和大脑语言等高级认知功能的神经机制研究，目前主持科技创新2030-“脑科学与类脑研究”青年科学家项目等国家和省部级项目10项；相关工作在Nature Human Behaviour、Nature Communications、Science Advances、Brain、Journal of Neurosurgery等杂志发表。曾获中华医学科学技术二等奖（第2）、上海市科技进步一等奖（第3）、上海市浦江人才、上海市优秀青年医学人才、上海市青年科技启明星等荣誉称号。主要代表性成果包括：

（1）研发术中脑功能任务交互系统，创新语言功能定位新技术，极大提高患者手术疗效；

（2）绘制人类语言区功能图谱，揭示大脑语言产生新脑区和汉语独特编码机制，为脑肿瘤精准手术提供路线图；

（3）国际上首次实现从大脑“意念”到汉语单音节声调语音的合成，为植入式汉语脑机接口奠定理论和技术基础。
