个人简介

金雷,复旦大学外科学博士,澳大利亚拉筹伯大学生物医学工程学士,现任复旦大学附属华山医院神经外科助理研究员。拥有生物医学和外科博士双重背景,近10年时间紧密结合科研与临床,专攻人工智能算法在神经外科领域的研究,围绕“脑肿瘤的智能诊疗”开展了一系列的算法与临床研究。通过深度学习算法,构建了“基于影像组学的预后分析模型”,研发了“人工智能神经病理辅助诊断系统”。同时,借助临床工作优势,开展多中心临床试验,验证算法在真实临床工作中的有效性,实现从“临床”到“科研”,从“科研”到“临床”的转化。迄今为止,申请人以第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)身份在Neuro-oncology、IEEE TMI等杂志发表本研究相关论文6篇,申请专利1项(202110702007.8),并联合合作企业获得医疗器械注册证(沪械注准20212210574)。
